Terms for using the VIV Capital website, its assessments and enquiry tools. Any professional engagement requires a separate written agreement.
These terms apply to the VIV Capital website, its calculators, assessments and enquiry tools. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. A separately agreed engagement is governed by its own written terms; browsing, running a calculator or making an enquiry does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship.
Website content and calculator outputs are general information and planning estimates for human review. They are not an offer, solicitation, personalised investment recommendation, formal valuation, or legal or tax advice. A calculator label such as BUY, HOLD or SELL is a model output based on assumptions, not an instruction to transact. Regulated advice, transaction execution, cross-border structuring and pooled investments require the applicable registrations, licensed partners and qualified legal and tax counsel.
You are responsible for checking your inputs, evidence, assumptions, weights, probabilities, benchmarks and time horizons. Some benchmarks and example profiles are placeholders, not verified market evidence. Simulations, forecasts, valuations, impact scores and ROI or SROI estimates can be incomplete or wrong; social value is not necessarily cash income. Past results and projected multiples do not guarantee future returns. Private investments may be illiquid and can lose some or all invested capital. Confirm material decisions independently with appropriately qualified advisers.
The contact wizard prepares an email in your email application; it does not automatically deliver or confirm an enquiry. You must review and send the email yourself. An enquiry is not acceptance of a mandate or a commitment to provide services, funding, introductions or a transaction outcome. Scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, fees, conflicts and any specialist involvement must be agreed separately before an engagement begins.
Provide accurate information that you are authorised to share. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without permission, or include passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Calculator information may be stored locally in your browser and reused by related tools. It is not a secure document vault; protect your device and browser profile.
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, deceptive submissions, unauthorised access, malware, interference with site operation, or attempts to obtain other users’ information. You may use the website and its outputs for your own lawful evaluation. You retain rights in information you provide. Website content, branding and tools remain subject to the rights of VIV and the relevant owners; no permission to misrepresent affiliation or commercially redistribute protected material is granted.
Third-party websites, email applications, hosting services and external specialists operate under their own terms. Links and references do not guarantee their accuracy, availability or suitability. Carry out your own diligence before sharing confidential information or relying on a third party.
We aim to keep the website useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness or error-free calculations. Content and tools may change or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIV does not accept responsibility for losses caused by reliance on unverified website content or model outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights or liability, including liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
